Privacy Choices and Data Deletion for Jet Wars

Jet Wars is published by BESTAPPS LLC. We do not require a Jet Wars account or Facebook login to play. Local game progress, analytics records, store purchases, and a Meta account are different kinds of data and have different deletion steps.

The in-game controls below are available in iOS 1.3.4 and later, once released. Earlier versions do not gain these controls simply because this page has been published. You can contact us about privacy in any version.

1. Stop future analytics or Meta game events

Open Settings → Privacy inside Jet Wars.

• Turn game analytics off to stop Firebase analytics collection going forward.
• Turn Meta advertising measurement off to stop forwarding new game events to Meta. Measurement follows your iOS tracking permission by default: allowing tracking enables it unless you turn this switch off. A saved Off choice remains off, and iOS tracking authorization is always required before it can operate.
• To withdraw iOS tracking authorization, use iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking and turn Jet Wars off.

These actions do not delete information already sent to providers. An initialized SDK may finish requests already in progress or perform other SDK operations; turning off game-event forwarding is not a promise of complete SDK removal. AdMob's rewarded-ad and consent settings are separate from these analytics choices.

2. Find your analytics reference before requesting deletion

In Settings → Privacy, you can view or copy the Firebase analytics reference for this installation when one is available. It helps us locate pseudonymous analytics records. It is not your Apple ID, Facebook ID, or an account password.

Copy it before resetting analytics or deleting the game if you want to ask about earlier analytics records. Do not post it publicly. Only share it with support if you want us to investigate the installation's analytics data.

If no reference is available, you can still contact us. Explain the request and which app version you use. We will explain any limitations instead of asking you for unnecessary personal information.

3. Request access or deletion from us

Email support@jetwars.xyz with the subject Jet Wars privacy request and include:

• Whether you want access, deletion, correction, or help changing a privacy choice.
• The relevant platform and app version, if known.
• Your Firebase analytics reference, if available and relevant to the request.
• Enough context to identify any support correspondence you want deleted.

Do not send passwords, payment-card details, government identification, or your advertising identifier. We may ask for limited clarification or verification needed to handle the request.

We will review records we can associate with your request and use available provider processes where applicable. If we export analytics records, including to BigQuery, we also review identifiable copies under our control. Exports require separate deletion handling: deleting or resetting Google Analytics data does not automatically erase a separate copy. Some records may need to be retained for permitted transaction, security, fraud-prevention, or legal purposes. Aggregate information that no longer identifies an installation may not be separable into an individual record.

We aim to respond within 30 days, subject to applicable requirements and any needed verification. If we cannot identify a particular installation or delete data a provider independently controls, we will explain what we can do and direct you to the relevant provider's options.

4. Reset the local analytics reference

The reset control in Settings → Privacy clears local Firebase analytics data and resets the app-instance reference. It does not erase game progress or submit a historical deletion request to Google, Meta, or us. If analytics remains enabled, a new reference and new events may be created.

To stop future analytics as well, turn game analytics off. To request historical deletion, use section 3 with the previous reference where available.

5. Remove local game progress

Deleting Jet Wars from your device removes the app's local game data. On iOS, choose Delete App, not Offload App, if you intend to remove its locally stored data. This can permanently remove progress and consumable currency; store-backed purchases and operating-system backups follow their own rules.

iCloud copy (iOS 1.3.9 and later). If you are signed in to iCloud, the game also keeps a copy of your progress in your Apple account's iCloud storage, and deleting the app does not remove it. To remove it, open Settings → Privacy → Delete iCloud copy inside Jet Wars before deleting the app. Do this on every device that syncs: another signed-in device keeps its own progress and uploads it again. Your progress on the device stays until you delete the app.

Uninstalling the game does not automatically delete historical analytics, advertising records, Apple or Google purchase records, or information retained in device backups. It does not delete a Facebook, Instagram, or Meta account.

6. Provider-held information

• Meta: use Meta's privacy information and rights options for data Meta holds independently and account-related choices. Jet Wars does not have a Facebook login account to delete on your behalf. You can still ask us about Jet Wars data shared with Meta.
• Google Analytics and AdMob: see Google privacy controls and Firebase privacy information. Ask us about analytics associated with your Jet Wars installation using section 3.
• Apple: see Apple's privacy portal for Apple-held account data. Apple handles App Store purchase history and refund requests separately from our game analytics.
• Google Play: Google handles store-account purchase records and related rights through its own account and privacy tools.
